Often when you travel there is not gym to squeeze a workout into, so I made this checklist for such times. These can be done in the morning before you head to work from your hotel room. Of course it also works if you don’t have a gym membership and want some exercises to do from home. This is a free printable worksheet!

Last, but not least, I created a version that has goal numbers added in. I pulled some recommended numbers from fitness websites. This is the sheet that I print and use, so feel free to modify the numbers for your own workout routine!
